going global column @ Midwest Business: I sent my interview with Cor Hersbach, Trade Commissioner with the Netherlands in Chicago on Friday, June 27. Upon following up with editor Adam Fendleman, here's his reason why it hasn't been published yet: The reason is we are in transition.  We are in transition to improve our editorial formula and completely redo/redesign our Web site.  This will be a long and slow process.  In addition to working on our everyday responsibilities and deadlines, we are now also balancing our daily tasks with forward-thinking initiatives.  We would appreciate your understanding, patience and trust that we will publish your columns at our earliest availability.
